Position: Grading and Loaming Equipment Operator Role
Be part of a skilled construction team in Calgary as an Equipment Operator specializing in residential grading and loaming. Engage in snow removal during winter for year-round work.

In this full-time position, you will leverage your experience with Bobcat mini skid steers, operating them in tight residential spaces. A solid background in grading and loaming combined with understanding job safety protocols will ensure your success while collaborating with a professional crew.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat 463/S70 for grading tasks

• Execute fine grading for new home lots

• Navigate compact areas between buildings

• Maintain safety standards on job sites

• Adapt to snow removal operations during off-seasons

Requirements:

• At least 1-year skid steer operating experience

• Must have experience with foot controls

• Demonstrated skills in grading and loaming

• Robust understanding of site safety principles

• Familiarity with job sequencing
