Position: Journeyperson and Apprentice Electricians Required
Join Grizzly Trek as an Electrician, whether you're a journeyperson or an Indigenous apprentice in Calgary, Alberta. This full-time opportunity focuses on both electrical installation and mentorship in the trade.

Grizzly Trek is dedicated to Indigenous communities, offering positions specifically for First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and non-status applicants. As a journeyperson or apprentice, you'll work in a supportive environment, facilitating hands-on learning and skill growth. This role will encompass various apprenticeship years, with journey persons guiding apprentices to gain essential experience in the electrical field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct industrial and commercial electrical installations

• Assist with construction project tasks and coordination

• Engage in cable installations, lighting, and power setups

• Complete safety and quality reports consistently

• Mentor apprentices while delivering code-compliant work

Requirements:

• Certification as a Journeyperson or Red Seal Electrician

• Eligibility for apprenticeship as required

• Relevant industrial or commercial experience

• Valid driver’s license for travel

• Capability to read and interpret electrical prints
