Power Technician Journeyman

Position: Power Technician Journeyman Opportunity
Become a Power Technician with Aggreko in Calgary, Alberta, focusing on generator maintenance and repairs. Help keep vital energy services operational for our clients.

This position seeks a qualified Journeyman HET or Electrician Technician 2. You will provide essential preventive maintenance and troubleshooting for generators and electrical distribution equipment. Working from our Calgary service center, your role includes daily local travel to customer sites while collaborating with skilled colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct preventive maintenance on power generation equipment

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures in the field

• Setup and operate equipment for customers on-site

• Repair electrical distribution systems as required

• Use the company vehicle for daily local travel

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED required

• Journeyman HET or Electrician certification needed

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in power systems

• Valid driver’s license is essential for site travel

• Comfortable lifting objects up to 50 lbs
