Position: Service Technician for Modular Buildings
Join our team as a Service Technician, focusing on the repairs and readiness of modular buildings. This role combines various skills including carpentry and plumbing, all while emphasizing safety and customer service.

In this position, you'll perform essential inspections and repairs on a fleet of modular buildings while promoting a safe working environment. Responsibilities include operating a company vehicle, maintaining equipment inventories, and providing excellent service to customers. You will also prepare buildings for scheduled deliveries by ensuring all repairs are complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct repairs on modular trailers, including electrical and plumbing

• Ensure compliance with safety, transportation, and environmental policies

• Operate a company vehicle responsibly and effectively

Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED necessary
