Key Responsibilities:

• Complete warranty service work and explain repairs

• Review daily work orders and follow up on progress

• Prepare materials for service tasks before homeowner visits

• Meet with supervisor to discuss completed and assigned work

• Provide supply lists to your supervisor weekly

Requirements:

• Several years in construction or repair work

• Proficiency in trades like carpentry and drywall

• Basic English reading and writing skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license required
