AV Systems Installer

Become an AV Systems Installer at SAIT, providing essential after-hours installation and maintenance for AV technology across campus. Collaborate with teams to enhance educational environments.
In this role, you will support the deployment and operational performance of AV systems predominantly in classroom settings. Reporting to the Audio-Visual Supervisor, your emphasis on troubleshooting and team collaboration will ensure reliable audiovisual experiences. Your work will directly support SAIT’s educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mount and unmount AV equipment efficiently
• Assist in the installation and testing of AV systems
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspections
• Facilitate movement of hardware across campus
• Maintain accurate inventory data for AV components
Requirements:
• Relevant diploma in technology preferred
• 1-2 years of hands-on AV support experience
• Knowledge of low voltage wiring systems
• Proven track record of workplace safety adherence
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
