Supervise and mentor installation teams as AVI‑SPL's Installation Supervisor. Enhance communication and project efficiency while leading a team of Installation Technicians.
This key role involves mentoring 5 to 10 direct reports while assisting the Operations/Installation Manager. Your focus will be on improving project execution through effective communication and hands-on training. You will also conduct site assessments and ensure quality control across various installations, contributing to improved operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead installation team and manage technical escalations
• Perform detailed quality control visits and reporting
• Conduct pre-installation site assessments
• Coordinate installation tasks and subcontractor work
• Mentor Installation Technicians on best practices
Requirements:
• Leadership experience in installation projects
• Familiarity with AV or electromechanical systems
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
