Join Aecon as an Underground Foreman in Calgary, Alberta for the upcoming construction season. Manage utility installations and lead a talented team to success in your projects.

The Underground Foreman role is vital for supporting our Underground Crew  will oversee daily crew activities, ensuring effective communication with Superintendents and Project Managers. Your leadership will help drive productivity while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, assign, and prioritize work for underground crews

• Communicate project updates and issues to management

• Read and interpret construction documents and drawings

• Direct installation of water, sanitary, and storm utilities

• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily operations

Requirements:

• Experience with pipe installation is essential

• Must hold a valid Class 5 Drivers License

• Strong multitasking and communication abilities required

• Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed

• Adhere to drug and alcohol compliance policies
