Experienced Site Framer

Position: Experienced Site Framer Wanted
Join our team as an Experienced Site Framer at a premier homebuilding plant in Calgary, AB. This role focuses on installing framing systems and working with cutting-edge robotic technology.

We seek a candidate with 2-5 years of residential framing experience. You'll interpret blueprints, perform back framing, and guide craning logistics while ensuring safety and quality standards. On top of that, you will provide mentorship to peers and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct pre-built wall and floor systems on site

• Read and prepare project layouts from blueprints

• Complete back framing to finish residential homes

• Oversee site logistics and crane usage

• Conduct on-the-job training for new employees

Requirements:

• GED, High School Diploma, or equivalent

• 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of building codes and safety rules

• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit software

• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
