Position: Motivated Roofing Helper Wanted
We are hiring a motivated Roofing Helper to support our teams in residential and commercial projects. This in-person role prioritizes safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship.

Ideal candidates will assist the roofing crew with installations, repairs, and general maintenance tasks. Experience in construction is preferred, but not essential; a strong work ethic and readiness to learn are what we value most. Gain practical skills and insights into the roofing industry while working in various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the crew in roof installations and repairs

• Organize tools and roofing materials as needed

• Provide physical support through heavy lifting of materials

• Set up and maintain safety equipment at job sites

• Clean and secure work areas by removing debris

Requirements:

• Familiarity with hand tools and construction is a plus

• Must reliably transport to job sites

• Ability to perform demanding physical tasks

• Understanding blueprints is beneficial but not necessary

• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
