Pump Operator

Responsibilities

Operate and maneuver a concrete pump truck (32 meters or more) safely and efficiently.

Inspect, set up, and position equipment to meet job specifications and site conditions.

Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of pump, boom, and related components.

Communicate effectively with contractors and crew to ensure smooth concrete placement.

Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation related to daily operations.

Demonstrated capability in operating large concrete pump equipment safely.

Strong awareness of surroundings and sound judgment in variable jobsite conditions.

Ability to complete tasks independently while supporting team operations.

Commitment to following safety standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Reliability, adaptability, and effective communication skills.

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$42.86 per hour
