As a Field Service Technician II, your main goal is to ensure that client equipment operates efficiently. You will engage with customers to understand their needs while providing preventative maintenance and repairs. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform installation and preventative maintenance on battery equipment

• Identify and fix technical issues promptly

• Train customers on safe operation procedures

• Complete and maintain service documentation accurately

• Follow all safety policies and regulations

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 1 ½ years relevant experience

• Basic understanding of electrical systems

• Ability to work with tools safely

• Willing to undergo travel and unusual hours
