Advance your skills in aerospace with De Havilland Aircraft of Canada as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Structures. Engage in structural assembly and repairs with a focus on safety and quality standards.
In this role, you will be tasked with interpreting detailed blueprints and specifications to effectively manufacture and assemble aircraft structures. Working closely with a licensed Structures Technician, you will undertake significant repair and modification tasks, while ensuring adherence to safety protocols and accurate documentation.
Your role contributes significantly to the success of DHC's operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform structural repairs and modifications as directed
• Fabricate parts while adhering to industry standards
• Conduct inspections and system tests regularly
• Utilize tools safely for installations and repairs
• Document maintenance activities thoroughly
Requirements:
• Working towards or possessing an AME “S” Transport Canada license
• Familiarity with aircraft systems beneficial
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Basic computer proficiency required
• Ability to work shifts and in various confined spaces
