Reporting to the Foreman, this position calls for a candidate with over a year of loader operating experience in heavy civil construction. You will be involved in operating loader forks and attachments, daily maintenance, and adhering to directions to ensure smooth workflow. Safety protocols and ground disturbance issues will be key areas of your focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate loader equipment safely with forks and attachments
• Perform routine checks and maintenance for smooth operation
• Work following supervisor instructions and site requirements
• Understand construction materials and ground issues effectively
• Support project needs by operating additional equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment
• Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards
• Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs regularly
• Experience with computerized equipment controls
