Utilizing your knife skills and culinary knowledge, you will engage with customers and ensure their specifications are met. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform custom meat cutting and preparation tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Provide expert cooking advice and preparation methods
• Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist in inventory management and waste tracking
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of meat cutting experience or culinary preparation
• Knowledge of primal cuts and portioning techniques
• WHMIS and Food Safety Certification (training provided)
