This individual will be pivotal in the installation, repair, and maintenance of fixed wireless networks. A basic understanding of IP Networking and knowledge of tower rigging are essential for success in this hands-on role, which also includes on-call support and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Enterprise Customer Installations and Maintenance

• Manage Enterprise Projects and conduct Site Surveys

• Supervise employee task assignments and schedules

• Prioritize tasks and address outage scenarios

• Climb towers and handle heavy lifting during repairs

Requirements:

• One-year IT diploma or related experience

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Communication skills for different organizational levels

• Familiarity with network equipment

• Previous telecom experience is a plus
