As the Electrical Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating crew activities while applying your skills as a licensed 309A Electrician. Your leadership will ensure that operational goals are met and safety standards are upheld on-site. You will contribute by training your team, inspecting quality of work, and resolving any site challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and assign tasks to project crew members
• Install, test, and maintain electrical systems effectively
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety procedures
• Prepare daily progress reports and communicate with stakeholders
• Conduct safety assessments and toolbox talks
Requirements:
• 309A Electrician Certification is essential
• 5 years of electrical experience required
• At least 5 years in a supervisory role
• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence in good standing
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
