We are seeking skilled Framers with at least one year of residential experience. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for building walls, floors, and roofs while reading plans accurately and leading helpers. Your ability to work independently and adhere to schedules will be vital for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build walls and floors with precision
• Work effectively at heights on various structures
• Frame roofs and read construction plans accurately
• Lead and mentor helper crews on-site
• Ensure clean and positive work practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of residential framing experience
• 2 years preferred for advanced positions
• Own transportation required for out-of-town projects
• Ability to work unsupervised at a consistent pace
• Punctuality and reliability are essential
