ATCO Structures & Logistics in Calgary seeks a dedicated Apprentice Carpenter (Framer) to assist in constructing and installing various structures. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in framing, be able to read blueprints, and work safely with tools. This union-based role offers a balance of work-life in an indoor facility while participating in exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build house framework, walls, and roofs
• Install doors, windows, and flooring
• Repair and remodel existing structures
• Read and interpret drawings accurately
• Select materials and measure for precision
Requirements:
• Experience in framing and modular units
• Skills in reading blueprints
• Ability to work with various tools safely
• Team-oriented approach
• Attention to detail with building codes
