Key Responsibilities:

• Design and construct both interior and exterior wood structures

• Follow blueprints from the Site Superintendent accurately

• Use various tools effectively for construction and repairs

• Ensure work complies with quality standards and codes

• Collaborate with multiple trades on-site for efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction

• Red Seal ticket required for this position

• Strong knowledge of construction standards and safety protocols

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Physically fit and able to lift items up to 50lbs
