Experienced Skid Steer Operator

Calscapes Inc. seeks an Experienced Skid Steer Operator for commercial snow removal in Calgary. Operate Bobcat equipment to ensure safe access for properties during winter weather events.

Join our skilled snow management team, where you’ll use your
** minimum two years
** of skid steer operation experience to handle snow efficiently. This on-call, seasonal role requires you to adapt to weather conditions and might include long shifts, especially during heavy snowfall. We prioritize quality workmanship and strong team coordination throughout the winter season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Bobcat skid steers and loaders for snow clearing

• Apply ice control materials safely during shifts

• Conduct pre- and post-shift safety inspections on equipment

• Assist with manual snow removal tasks as needed

• Drive trucks and tow trailers between job sites safely

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years skid steer or loader experience

• Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with clean record

• Reliable transportation to Calgary yard

• Physically able to lift 50 lbs

• Strong time management and safety mindset
