As a Road Service Technician, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance checks, diagnosing mechanical/electrical repairs, and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. You will communicate directly with clients to ensure their equipment operates at peak efficiency, making flexible problem-solving skills essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine operational integrity of lift trucks and carousels

• Identify and communicate repair solutions to customers

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance efficiently

• Diagnose issues and order necessary parts accurately

• Document and analyze breakdowns following standard procedures

Requirements:

• High school completion or equivalent

• 3-5 years as a Mechanical Technician or related experience

• Automotive or Heavy Duty Technician Certification preferred

• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

• Valid driver’s license required
