Position: Firefly Solar Installer / Electrical Apprentice

In this hands-on position, you will assist Journeyman Electricians in the installation of solar PV systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Support installation, wiring, and commissioning of solar systems

• Assemble solar panels and related hardware securely

• Pull wire and perform essential electrical tie-ins

• Conduct physical work, including drilling and setups

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a tidy worksite

Requirements:

• 1st–4th year Registered Electrical Apprentice

• Must be comfortable working at heights and in outdoor conditions

• Detail-oriented with strong mechanical aptitude

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform extended physical tasks
