Position: Single-Family Field Technician Role

In this role, you will serve as a key player in new home construction. With 3-5 years of experience, you'll maintain a secure job site and communicate effectively with team members and clients. Your hands-on approach will contribute to tasks like framing, drywall, and plumbing, ensuring homes are ready for occupancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and secure building site

• Install safety railings and ramps properly

• Communicate effectively with trades and customers

• Perform framing, drywall, plumbing, and roofing tasks

• Ensure quality and detail in all construction work

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in building trades

• 3-5 years in single-family construction

• Comfortable working from heights

• Valid First Aid, WHIMIS, and CSTS certificates

• Strong multitasking and communication skills
