Key Responsibilities:

• Assist all aspects of wood framing and installation

• Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently

• Load and stage building materials at job sites

• Follow construction plans under Crew Leader guidance

• Maintain a clean, safe worksite based on safety protocols

Requirements:

• 1+ years in framing or construction

• Reliable transportation and driver’s license

• Capable of lifting construction materials over 30kg

• Strong understanding of construction techniques

• Good communication skills and a team player
