Position: Structures Technician for Heavy Maintenance

We're seeking skilled technicians with a minimum of four years of aircraft structures experience, particularly on Dash 8/Q400 models. Your expertise in sheet metal fabrication, riveting, and composite repair will play a critical role in ensuring aircraft safety and readiness. Collaborating with AMEs and engineering teams, you will contribute to both heavy maintenance checks and specialized structural programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural inspections and modifications on Dash 8 and Q400

• Carry out sheet metal repairs including corrosion and skin replacements

• Interpret and execute instructions from SRMs and technical documents

• Support heavy maintenance checks and structural projects

• Maintain compliance with Transport Canada regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years aircraft structures experience

• Strong skills in sheet metal fabrication and assembly

• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints

• Familiarity with Transport Canada requirements

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends
