Boardwalk is a leader in providing comfortable rental apartments across Canada. As a Renovations Associate, you’ll engage in diverse projects, from cabinet installations to essential renovations like water restoration and pest control.

Your role will involve collaboration with Maintenance Associates, strong communication, and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete renovation projects including cabinet installation

• Conduct pest control and water restoration tasks

• Assist Maintenance Associates with repair needs

• Maintain and clean tools and equipment

• Manage inventory and complete administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Construction experience, especially in cabinetry and plumbing

• Preferred certifications in flood cleanup and mold remediation

• Valid driver’s license for driving a truck with a trailer

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods
