Fabrication Welder

Position: Full-Time Fabrication Welder Role Available
Imperial Truck & Trailer Repair Ltd is seeking a skilled Fabrication Welder for full-time employment. This role is focused on interpreting specifications and using advanced welding equipment in a hands-on environment.

The position entails reading and interpreting welding blueprints, operating both manual and automated welding equipment, and ensuring welds meet specified standards. Candidates should have experience with metal shaping machines and the ability to perform minor repairs on equipment. The work environment is physically demanding and involves working in confined and dirty spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and apply welding process specifications

• Use manual and automated welding machines

• Read blueprints and drawings effectively

• Inspect welds for quality and compliance

• Maintain welding tools and machinery

Requirements:

• High school graduation certificate completed

• 1 to 2 years of fabrication welding experience

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs

• Capable of working in confined spaces

• Work on-site with no remote option
