Event AV Technician

Position: Event AV Technician with Encore
Become an integral part of Encore as an Event Audio Visual Technician. Play a crucial role in delivering exceptional audiovisual experiences at various hospitality venues.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly through expert setup, operation, and breakdown of audiovisual systems. Your technical acumen and customer care will be key to fostering positive relationships with clients and addressing their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain audiovisual equipment during events

• Engage with clients to surpass their expectations

• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication

• Resolve equipment challenges promptly and professionaly

• Execute order entries and prepare documentation correctly

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is required;
Associate Degree preferred

• 1 year of customer service experience is preferred

• 1 year of AV or technical experience preferred

• Obtain Technical Level 3 Certification within six months

• Must lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver’s license
