Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. has an opening for an Construction Foreman within our Landscape Construction division. Under the direction of Supervisors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. An ideal candidate would possess a strong work ethic, experience building different hardscape features, should have a desire to work outdoors in a fast paced team atmosphere as well as possess an eye for detail.

An ability to measure and cut with various power and manual tools is essential. We are a COR certified company and believe safety is paramount. 2-3 years Landscape construction experience is required, with experience laying paving stone patio's, retaining walls, laying sod, planting trees and operating skid steers and equipment associated with Landscape construction. We are looking for a self starter and motivated individual who takes pride in their work.

• Valid Driver’s License will be given preference and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
• Experience directing a crew/Team
• Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape construction and snow removal
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
• Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
• Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
• Legally authorized to work in Canada

• Skid steer and other landscape equipment experience
• Hardscape Experience required
• Previous landscaping and/or construction experience
• Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
• Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic
• Ability to grade accurately, lay sod, install paving stone and retaining walls and have great eye for detail.
• Valid Class 5 license
• Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset

• Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
• Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
• Cold weather, on-call during winter months
• Physically Demanding position
• Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
• Repetitive Motions
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs

Salary: $25.00-$35.00 per hour.
