Service Technician and Okotoks

Become a Service & Warranty Technician with Partners Development Group and ensure homeowner satisfaction in Calgary and Okotoks. This full-time role focuses on inspections, maintenance, and customer service excellence.

In this key position within the Customer Care team, you will leverage your extensive construction and home maintenance experience, ideally with over 5 years in residential homebuilding. Your knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems will be essential in repairing and maintaining various systems. You will be a primary contact for homeowners and coordinate warranty-related repairs with trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and repairs for homes post-construction

• Perform maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems

• Manage electrical and drywall repairs as necessary

• Serve as point of contact for warranty claims

• Maintain service request records using company software

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Proficiency with hand and power tools

• Ability to interpret technical documents

• Valid driver’s license required
