Terra Burst is seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee residential sewer and water replacement teams. You will coordinate manpower and equipment, ensuring all projects comply with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sewer and water crews from start to finish
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials
• Conduct daily hazard assessments and toolbox meetings
• Foster exceptional customer service and communication
• Ensure quality workmanship in completed installations
Requirements:
• Experience in underground utility construction
• Previous leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand
• Knowledge of trenching and excavation safety
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with clean abstract
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
