Positions Available- Sewer & Water Foreman
- Sewer & Water Lead Hand
- Sewer & Water Pipelayer
- Competitive hourly wages based on experience
- Overtime paid after 8 hours per day or 44 hours per week, whichever is more favorable to the employee

- Lead residential sewer and water replacement crews from start to finish
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Complete daily hazard assessments, FLHAs, toolbox meetings, inspections, and required paperwork
- Communicate with homeowners while providing exceptional customer service
- Mentor and develop crew members
- Review completed installations to ensure quality workmanship
- Maintain productivity while promoting a positive team culture
- Assist the Foreman in coordinating daily operations
- Supervise crew members and provide technical guidance
- Direct excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and back filling activities
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
- Lead by example while maintaining a safe work environment
- Install residential sewer and water services including PVC, HDPE, ABS, and water service piping
- Install sewer and water mains, service connections, fittings, valves, and related infrastructure
- Grade bedding, pipe alignment, and backfill
- Work closely with excavator operators during trenching operations
- Assist with trenchless pipe bursting, open trench excavations, spot repairs, and service replacements
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Experience in underground utility construction, sewer, water, excavation, or civil construction
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand (leadership positions)
- Experience installing residential sewer and water services
- Knowledge of trenching, excavation safety, utility locating, and underground construction practices
- Strong understanding of grades, elevations, and utility installation
- Ability to read plans and work from field layouts is considered an asset
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Ability to work 10-12 hour days in physically demanding conditions
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
- Must be dependable, safety-focused, and professional
