As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carpentry, plumbing maintenance, and HVAC upkeep. This field position requires a commitment to corporate values of Heart, Integrity, and Drive. Your ability to respond quickly to maintenance needs and complete repairs will make a significant impact on our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and HVAC systems
• Conduct plumbing maintenance and basic repairs
• Inspect premises for needed repairs and complete tasks
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical components and appliances
• Oversee contractors for timely service and performance
Requirements:
• Must have own vehicle for daily commute
• Basic tools required for maintenance tasks
