We are seeking an experienced Floor Covering Installer with 2-3 years of hands-on expertise for permanent, full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have a secondary school diploma and be ready to measure, cut, and install different floor coverings including carpeting and hardwood. There will also be opportunities for overtime depending on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and measure surfaces before installation

• Cut and fasten underlay and under padding

• Install carpets and resilient floor coverings accurately

• Prepare and install hardwood flooring efficiently

• Repair any damaged floor coverings promptly

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 2-3 years of relevant flooring experience needed

• Experience with knee kickers and stretching equipment

• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel for tasks

• Must be eligible to work in Canada
