Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction plans accurately

• Operate equipment to complete daily labor tasks

• Load and unload work supplies efficiently

• Maintain and clean company vehicles and gear

• Set up and secure job sites, enhancing safety

Requirements:

• 1+ year construction experience required

• Ability to work in all climates and confined spaces

• Valid Class 1, 3, or 5 Driver’s License

• Willingness to travel to project locations

• High School Diploma or equivalent
