Painter

We are a well-established, family‑run painting company operating in Calgary for over 15 years, specializing in both commercial and residential painting projects. As we continue to grow, we're seeking skilled and dedicated Painters to join our dynamic team. • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, and patching.
• Apply a variety of paints and coatings, both by hand and using spray equipment (training provided).
• Assist with the installation of trim, doors, and windows.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• (Lead Role) Provide guidance and supervision to other painters, ensuring quality control and adherence to project timelines.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Physical ability to perform the tasks associated with painting, including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Valid Canadian Driver's License (preferred).

• Previous experience in painting, either residential or commercial.
• Experience operating spray equipment (training will be provided).
• Knowledge of different types of paints and coatings.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
