Calgary Restoration is a growing emergency restoration company serving Calgary and the surrounding communities. We help homeowners, businesses, and property managers recover from water damage, flooding, sewer backups, storm damage, and other property emergencies.

We're looking for dependable, hardworking General Labourers to join our emergency response team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in helping others, and wants to build a long-term career in the restoration industry.

No previous restoration experience is required. We provide training for the right candidates who are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic.

As a Water Damage Restoration General Labourer, you ll work alongside experienced technicians responding to emergency property damage throughout Calgary.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Responding to emergency water damage and flood cleanup calls
• Extracting standing water using professional equipment
• Removing damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinetry, and other building materials
• Performing demolition and cleanup work safely and efficiently
• Setting up and monitoring commercial drying equipment, including air movers and dehumidifiers
• Cleaning and preparing job sites for restoration work
• Loading, unloading, cleaning, and maintaining company equipment
• Assisting with mold prevention and sanitation procedures
• Following company safety policies and industry best practices
• Providing professional and courteous service while working in customers  homes and businesses

Every day is different, and you ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of residential and commercial restoration projects.

We re looking for individuals who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
• Able to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly throughout the day
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, respectful, and team-oriented
• Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions
• Available to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, and overnight emergency calls when needed

Preferred qualifications include:

• Valid Class 5 driver s licence
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in construction, demolition, restoration, moving, landscaping, or general labour is an asset but not required
• Experience operating power tools is considered an asset
• Ability to pass a background check

No Restoration Experience?

That s okay.
