At Xplore Inc., we are enhancing rural broadband experiences across Canada. We seek an experienced technician to support vital network operations from our Calgary location. This role demands hands-on duties including network installation and maintenance, requiring good technical knowledge of IP Networking and previous telecom experience being an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Enterprise Customer Installations and Maintenance tasks

• Oversee project management and site surveys

• Assign tasks and manage team schedules

• Effectively troubleshoot outage issues

• Climb towers and manage heavy lifting as necessary

Requirements:

• One-year IT diploma or equivalent experience

• Proven problem-solving skills and multitasking ability

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Familiarity with network technology and equipment

• SAP experience is a preferred asset
