At GDI Ainsworth, the Senior Fiber Technician will play an integral role in supporting customer connectivity. This role requires expertise in installing and splicing copper and fiber cabling, troubleshooting network issues, and conducting site surveys. You will ensure project activities are efficient, on schedule, and within budget while collaborating with a diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain structured cabling systems

• Conduct site surveys to determine project needs

• Install, splice, and troubleshoot OSP fiber cabling

• Manage network equipment installations and LAN room setups

• Design and implement cable pathways and support systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of structured cabling experience

• 3+ years of OSP fiber splicing expertise

• Proficient in technical drawing interpretation

• Strong customer communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and clear background check
