Startec is currently seeking a Building Maintenance Worker for their Shepard Shop location. The role requires a solid foundation in building trades alongside at least 5 years of maintenance experience. You'll conduct inspections, ensure compliance with safety procedures, and assist in various building repairs and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

• Inspect equipment and report problems

• Schedule major repair contracts

• Conduct general repairs on structures and equipment

• Foster relationships with internal departments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma minimum

• 5 years in trades or maintenance roles

• Proficiency in electrical and plumbing systems
