Equipment Operator at GFL

In this crucial role, you will handle various heavy equipment, performing operations and maintenance at lagoon and field sites. You will be part of a close-knit team focused on safety policies and project execution. Preparing job sites, ensuring clean environments, and directing equipment transport will be essential to your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy equipment including dredges and pumps

• Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment

• Assist in project setup and teardown activities

• Transport equipment to and from job sites

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record

• Ability to lift 55 lbs and work at heights

• Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time

• Experience with heavy equipment and attachments preferred
