Position: Marine Equipment Maintenance Technician Needed
Republic Services is seeking a Marine Mechanic Technician A dedicated to maintaining and repairing marine equipment, including engines and hydraulic systems. This position requires strong mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively.

As a technician, you will be responsible for the execution of mechanical maintenance tasks on various marine vessels and equipment.

Your role will involve diagnosing malfunctions, preparing maintenance records, and conducting routine inspections. Strong organizational skills are essential to maintain an orderly workspace while meeting emergency service requirements as part of the on-call program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute maintenance and repairs on marine equipment

• Input records into preventive maintenance systems

• Diagnose engine troubles and perform repairs

• Maintain organized tools and equipment workspace

• Participate in the emergency response rotation

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in marine maintenance and repair

• Valid driver's license required

• Understanding of welding practices preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities
