Hospitality AV Technician

Position: Encore Hospitality AV Technician
Step into an exciting role as a Hospitality Audio Visual Technician with Encore. Deliver outstanding support and technical expertise at events throughout various hotel venues.

This position focuses on the successful setup and operation of audiovisual equipment, while also ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to ensure their audiovisual needs are met and maintained throughout their events, demonstrating both your technical proficiency and outstanding service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and dismantle audio-visual equipment

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients before and during events

• Monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues

• Complete system entries and associated paperwork accurately

• Collaborate with team and external vendors for equipment needs

Requirements:

• Requires a High School Diploma;
Associate Degree preferred

• Minimum one year in customer service or hospitality

• One year of audiovisual experience is preferred

• Technical Level 3 Certification must be achieved in 180 days

• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs
