In this Electrical Foreman role, you will drive the success of field electrical crews by coordinating tasks and ensuring rigorous safety practices. Your expertise as a Journeyman Electrician will be critical in guiding your team towards achieving project objectives while nurturing a positive work culture. Collaborate effectively with clients and management to address project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and oversee job site operations daily

• Perform electrical tasks as a licensed expert

• Conduct safety assessments and ensure compliance

• Mentor field crew members and enhance capabilities

• Manage project documentation and communication with clients

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in industrial electrical work

• Experience in a supervisory or foreman role

• Strong understanding of electrical installations and troubleshooting

• Current safety certifications (First Aid, Fall Protection)

• Clean driving record and license
