Your familiarity with various plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is crucial for maintaining our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and maintenance on homes after construction

• Execute repairs on plumbing, drywall, and HVAC systems

• Coordinate warranty claims and service requests with homeowners

• Document service requests and interactions thoroughly

• Educate homeowners on maintenance and warranty aspects

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service roles

• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical documents

• Strong knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems

• Valid driver’s license needed for travel
