ATM Service Technician

Access Cash, part of Perativ, is seeking an ATM Service Technician in Calgary to provide exceptional technical support and customer service. Utilize your skills to ensure ATM performance and assist clients effectively.

This is a hands-on role focused on maintaining and repairing ATMs for various clients, including major banks like BMO and RBC. As a Service Technician, you will manage both basic and complex technical issues, providing on-site support and troubleshooting for customers across the Greater Calgary Area. You will also conduct installations, preventative maintenance, and ensure the readiness of ATM terminals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stage brand new and used ATMs with thorough testing

• Install and uninstall ATM terminals on location

• Train customers on ATM operation and troubleshooting

• Provide phone and on-site technical assistance

• Execute preventative maintenance on equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required

• 2 years of experience in electronics repair

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
