Expert HVAC Technician at Pursuit

Elevate your HVAC career with Pursuit as a ticketed Technician overseeing critical systems in resort properties. Lead maintenance operations, ensuring guest comfort and system reliability.

In this role, you will leverage your HVAC and plumbing expertise to maintain and improve multi-property mechanical systems. With a minimum of five years in complex environments, you will manage preventive maintenance and diagnose system issues. Collaborating with hotel teams, you support capital projects while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and sustainable practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across multiple sites

• Manage maintenance work orders effectively and timely

• Support energy efficiency strategies and upgrades

• Liaise with staff and commercial tenants on system needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required

• Valid 1st Aid Certificate is an asset

• Class 5 Alberta Driver’s License needed

• Strong communication and multitasking abilities

• Creative problem solver with initiative
