Key Responsibilities:

• Install built‑up roofing systems with asphalt saturation

• Work with EPDM and TPO membranes for waterproofing

• Repair metal roofing structures effectively

• Apply flashings to ensure watertight installations

• Safely operate scaffolding and access equipment

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of roofing experience in commercial settings

• Comfortable with heights and varied climates

• Completion of safety training courses

• Capability to lift heavy materials

• Valid driver’s license preferred
