Eavestrough Installation Supervisor

Take charge as an Eaves trough Installation Contractor with a top pay range of $38.00 to $42.00 per hour. This full-time role offers flexible shifts and a chance to lead a dedicated crew.

We are looking for a seasoned contractor with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the eaves trough installation industry. Your primary responsibility will be supervising the installation team while ensuring compliance with all safety standards. Flexible and varied working hours will allow for overtime opportunities, accommodating early mornings to evenings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and oversee crew operations on-site

• Ensure quality workmanship in all installations

• Mentor and train junior crew members

• Implement safety measures and protocols

• Schedule and manage daily work assignments

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in installation

• High school diploma required

• Must possess a WHMIS Certificate

• Valid driver’s license required for transportation

• Must pass background and driving record checks
